Minimum Occupancy/Rental Requirements
To maintain the highest quality community, we require the
following from applicants:
The annual rental amount cannot exceed 42% of the applicant's
annual salary. Proof of income must be supplied (i.e. written
employment verification from employer and/or two current pay stubs
and/or prior year W-2 and/or prior year Federal Tax Return).
In addition to salary requirement, all applicants must have
exceptional verifiable credit history, verifiable employment,
and acceptable and verifiable rental housing history. Available photo
identification is required at time of application.
